Ingredients
- 4 large dill pickles
- 1/2 cup chamoy sauce
- 1/4 cup Tajín seasoning
- 2 tablespoons hot sauce (such as Valentina or Tapatío)
- 1/4 cup sour candy pieces (optional)
- 1/4 cup crushed spicy chips or candy (optional)
Directions
- Slice each pickle lengthwise down the center, leaving it attached at the bottom to create a pocket.
- Gently open the pickle and pat the inside dry with a paper towel.
- Spoon chamoy sauce generously inside each pickle.
- Sprinkle Tajín seasoning evenly over the chamoy.
- Add hot sauce to taste.
- If desired, stuff pickles with sour candy or crushed spicy chips for extra flavor and texture.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 24 hours for a colder, more intense flavor.
